So today was the first day of Child's Day Out...Hallelujah...Praise God....
Okay, so I don't really mean that....I DO love my baby girl, but it's nice to have a morning without her where I can catch my breath, take a shower without little hands beating on the shower door, eat a meal at my table without having to poor more milk, or wipe up the crumbs or a dirty mouth, and actually sit down for a few minutes and do absolutely nothing.
Brooke will only go on Tuesdays and Thursdays, so it's just a few hours a week. Even though I look forward to having 2 mornings to myself, I find comfort knowing Brooke is surrounded by Christian teachers and friends. And I almost felt guilty this morning having a nice relaxing time to myself while the girls were at school......almost....
Here are a few pics of Brooke on her way to school....
