We went to the lake this past weekend to celebrate Ryan's birthday with friends and family. Here are some pics from our weekend.

We had fun at the waterpark last week. Brooke is finally getting used to the water in her face. Here are some pictures from our trip.

Faith and Brooke in the tub

Brooke finally splashed her way out of her infant tub in the kitchen sink. She is now bathing in the big girl tub with her big sister. Faith absolutely loves bathing with Brooke and it has turned out great for us too! 1.- We get them both bathed at the same time...2.-Faith no longer wants to play for 45 minutes, but would rather get out in 5-10 when Brooke has to get out. :)

Here is a video of the girls in the tub tonight...I stopped the video just as Brooke was about to drink the bath water! haha

Brooke The Model

It's been raining here for several days. We haven't been able to get outside and do too much, and I think I may go stir crazy. It's never fun being cooped up in the house with 2 small energetic children....it makes for one tired mommy! :) I made a new custom set for Brooke and had all intentions of going outside for some cute pictures.....however, it doen't seem like we will get rid of this rain, so I took indoor pictures today. They didn't turn out the way I liked, but I wanted to get this one listed on EBay before people stopped buying for the summer. So, here's Brooke in the newest set...

Fishing in our back yard

Ryan and Faith went fishing in the pond behind our house late this afternoon. Faith finally learned how to cast, and just as they were finishing up they caught a 1 lb. bass (which is big for our tiny little pond out back).

And don't you just love Faith's outfit she picked out to put on ?!? I thought the red polka dotted pants went great with the green, blue and yellow striped shirt and pink shoes. :) Faith definitely has a future in fashion merchandising.

Here is a video of Faith casting and a few pics of them fishing.

Brooke ate a Smurf....or maybe just a blue marker! This is what happens when you turn your head for 10 seconds!

We took the girls to the pool yesterday for some family time. Miss Faith is part fish, I do believe. She loves to swim and now will jump off the side of the pool without her floaties. And Baby Brooke is getting so much more comfortable with the water. She was deathly afraid at the start of the summer, but enjoyed splashing around yesterday!!!
Here is a short video of Brooke splashing!
